This institution having a capacity to accommodate 45 inmates is situated at Govindpuri, near Nehru Place (leading commercial district) close to the Delhi Metro Station and Okhla Industrial area in South Delhi.Since its beginning, Shalom Niwas has served hundreds of needy women from all corners of the country. MEDICAL CLINIC  -  As an extension to our practice of conducting medical camps in slums of Delhi, we started a Medical Clinic in our parish to provide medical facilities to individuals of our parishioners as well as the under-priveleged in the neighborhood. The Clinic was inaugurated during the Independence Day Celebrations in 2003 by then Hon. Minister for Transport (Govt. of Delhi) Shri. Ajay Maken. Volunteers among our parishioners with medical and paramedical backgrounds carry out this undertaking. The Medical Clinic is conducted every 2nd Sunday.  Vaccination drives are regularly organized.
